Intel Graphics Driver For Windows 10 27.20.100.... BEST
A new graphics driver has been published by Intel for its GPUs (Intel 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th Gen processors) on Windows 10. This new driver (version 27.20.100.9466) brings the following changes:
Intel Graphics Driver for Windows 10 27.20.100....
I have 3 computers, 2 of which use Intel displays and one of these with no problems. I decided to try Linux on the last, which unfortunately is small and cheap and intended for travel where loss is not an issue, but the UHDgraphics630 Display cannot be used for any Linux distribution attempted due to flickering of the display drivers. I even attempted to give Clear Linux a try to see if it incorporated some workaround for this unit, but Clear Linux would not even load to the computer. I do wonder if Intel is totally Windows centric in its address of reworking failed implementations of driver function issues.
I thought originally it was Microsoft sabotaging the pc to upgrade to Windows 11, thought I needed to disassemble the pc and reapply thermal paste, possible virus, etc...No just Intel graphics drivers
To unzip the file, right click on the graphics driver zip file you downloaded, and select Extract All.Go to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category
Click on the Intel HD graphics adapter listed there.Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.Click on Have Disk, and browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>iigd_dch (setup information file), click Next, and the driver should install.Be patient, as it can take a few minutes for the driver to completely install. When the installation is finished, restart the PC.
If you install the Intel Driver & Support Assistant (Intel DSA), after you manually install the driver, it should in the future, automatically install the latest graphics and HDMI audio drivers without having to do the manual install.
If you are having the Intel Xe Graphics Driver orany other graphics from Intel and you get a loop problem like I've experiencedon my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-56 running Win-11 (this also happens in Win-10 btw) asmy laptop runs the Intel Xe graphics and you can't usethe Intel Driver & Support Assistant to update toa new Intel Xe Graphics or other version graphics drivers, as WindowsUpdate keeps reinstalling the old and previous Intel Xe or other Intelgraphics drivers, just as an example and in my case, it keeps reinstallingthe Intel version: 27.20.100.9664 and keeps deleting the newinstalled Intel Xe graphics driver version: 31.0.101.3222dated 7/11/2022 that the Intel Driver & Support Assistant installed. To fix this problem 100% from "Windows Update" doing this and notrolling back the driver Download Windows Update MiniTool - MajorGeeks andinstall this freeware as this software will fix and stop this problem of theold Intel driver from being installed in a loop in Windows Update as it deletes these updates from Windows Update, you can also use this software as a Windows Update to be able to chose all drivers that you want and don't want as an alternative scan. Just wanted to let allcommunity members know as the official Intel Solution to thisproblem at "Windows* Update Reverting to an Older Graphics Driver" doesnot fix anything as this problem and their solution does not work as the loop will continue, cheers andhope this helps many members out.
This post commented by MiniTool Software Limited mainly provides you the download URL for Intel Iris Xe and UHD graphics driver for Windows 11. It also elaborates on the specifications of the installation package. 041b061a72
